Tenax Analytics Limited was established to help organisations manage risk and cut through complexity pertaining to their critical data.

 

Tenax Analytics draws together experience across cybersecurity, IT risk management, cyber law, data visualisation tools and events marketing management, enabling even the smallest organisations to benefit from world-leading technical and legal expertise.

We also help our third sector clients to maximise their fundraising opportunities by offering a powerful data visualisation tool which consolidates multiple sources of social media and marketing data in real time, and presents this data as a simple, customisable dashboard. Our solution, Charity Social Landscape helps businesses interrogate and understand their data quickly and easily, ensuring that robust data is at the heart of business decisions. Leadership

Bruce Smith, Managing Director

Bruce Smith co-founded NorthPointe Meetings and Incentives in 2000 after a long career in the hospitality and airline industry. With over 35 years of comprehensive experience in all facets of event marketing management for corporate and incentive clients, his extensive background includes developing Strategic Meeting Management Programs and individual incentives. Bruce holds the IBITGQ EU General Data Protection Regulation Practitioner (GDPR P) and Foundation (GDPR F) certifications.

Jake Collier, Director of Business Development

Jake Collier joined us from the world of Advertising and Marketing, where for over 25 years he managed and owned a number of successful agencies. He brings a wealth of experience in business development and during this career he has embrace entrepreneurship, the willingness to take absolute personal accountability for success and the passion for growing and developing businesses. Jake’s addition to the management team reflects our ongoing commitment to strengthen and grow the business.

Richard Dutton, Managing Director, ELIAS Partnership

Richard has extensive senior management experience in marketing services and is an acknowledged innovator in the not-for-profit and social impact investment sectors. He is the founder of boutique consultancy Citizen Heart and was most recently Head of Strategy and Corporate Partnerships at Charities Trust. He holds an MA in Law from Cambridge University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and a Member of the Institute of Fundraising. Richard is also an experienced Non-Executive Director – with specific experience of the compliance and governance challenges facing major organisations. Richard will serve as a Director on the board for Tenax Analytics.

Paul Miller, Managing Director, SPECTRA

Paul has worked in the incentive travel industry for 30 years, with involvement in many prestigious programmes including the Young President’s Organisation, American College of Trial Lawyers, and the American Bar Association. He also was involved in the handling of two sponsor programmes for the London Olympic Games in 2012. Paul has a broad knowledge and experience of the incentive industry from small board meetings of blue chip companies to events in excess of 9,000 people, and has been the President of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) since 2014.

Wendy Moffatt, Chairman, SPECTRA

Wendy spent many years working in tourism and living in Paris before moving to the incentive travel industry. She joined SPECTRA in 1984 and acquired 100% ownership of the company with her late husband John in 1994. Wendy is a long-standing member of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), of which she was Chairman of the Great Britain Chapter in 1992-3 and Global President in 1999. She was voted Meetings & Incentive Travel Personality of Year in 2017 for her work in the third sector, founding the Brain Tumour Research Campaign in 2004.

Dean Armstrong QC, Chairman, ELIAS Partnership

Over 30 years Dean has earned an enviable reputation as one of the most powerful criminal defence barristers in the UK. Dean is also widely regarded as a leader in the field of cybercrime, GDPR, and Brexit compliance. He is one of the very few UK legal experts in the developing field of corporate Cyber Law. He is also co-author of the definitive text book in this area: Cyber Security - Law and Practice.
